The Navigators is a ministry that shares the gospel of Jesus Christ and helps others grown in Christ through Life-to-Life® discipleship. We do this on college campuses, military bases, workplaces, inner cities, local communities and hard-to-reach places.
Since 1933, we’ve developed disciples by sharing the gospel, studying the Bible, and praying together— face-to-face and person-by-person, in an approach we call “Life-to-Life discipleship.”
By meeting people where they are on their personal faith journey, Life-to-Life discipleship builds authentic relationships that help people grow into a deeper relationship with Christ, and open the door for the Holy Spirit in all aspects of their lives.
Because we focus on Life-to-Life discipleship, Navigators minister to people wherever they are: on college campuses, military bases, inner cities, workplaces, and communities U.S. and abroad.
Whether they engage in our ministry as employees, volunteers, or simply as fellow believers, Navigators are disciples making disciples. As we minister to people, we teach them to do the same with others—creating a legacy of discipleship that grows continuously, engages new generations, and expands into every walk of life. To date, the U.S. Navigators have staff in 57 countries, plus countless thousands of Navigators making disciples where they live, work, and play.
